So, I'm on a bit of a smoothie kick. I have tried and failed to make smoothies before and I learned that you have to actually follow the recipe! You might say "duh" but one would think that you couldn't mess up if you threw peanut butter, milk and a banana in a blender...but you can.
So, today I tried to be really adventurous and I got a recipe for a peanut butter smoothie with spinach. Yes, it sounds gross but it actually turned out to be really good! So, here is the recipe:
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
1 large handful of spinach
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup of the milk of your choice (I used almond milk this time but it doesn't really matter)
However much ice you want
I promise you that it wasn't gross! I even made my brother try it!
